REPu is about high school and club sports. Your fans and community are important. Our job is to make sure you’re always connected to them. With instant access to content from anywhere, mobile has transformed the world of sports at the highest levels of play. But what about high schools and clubs? We’re on a mission to help high schools and clubs connect with their communities and transform the world of sports as we know it.

Overview

We are looking for the right people who have strong relationship-building skills and love working with high schools, sports, and technology. As someone with a love of sports and tech, you’ll use your passion to connect with athletic directors and coaches at high schools in the US.

Details

• This is a contracted position (1099)
• This position is 100% remote. You can work from anywhere with a computer, phone and reliable internet access
• Must be familiar with mobile app features & terminology – We will onboard and train you on the REPu platform to ensure your success
• We will provide you with leads, but hunting will be required to be successful
• The ability to provide a supportive & friendly customer experience
• Our Customer Success team will handle the School onboarding after the close
• We use Hubspot CRM

Earnings Potential

• This position is 100% commissions based
• There is no cap on earnings
• Aggressive commissions plan (up to 40% in year 1)

What it takes to be Successful

• You are an effective communicator both with clients and with the REPu team
• You have a successful past sales history
• You can prioritize and be self-motivated with minimal supervision
• You have a passion and knowledge of sports, especially high school sports
• You are committed to providing extreme service to customers
• You ideally have some experience working with high schools, although not required
